Parties or events are not allowed on this space. No smoking No pets No parties or events This community has a strict occupancy limit policy, any violation of the noise, occupancy or quiet hours will be removed immediately with no refund. THIS IS a SMOKE-FREE community, any smoke inside or near the property will in a penalty and cleaning fee of $500, and guests will be removed from the property without a refund. Additionally f you leave disarray, you will be billed an additional $95 fee. We want you to enjoy your time here but please be courteous. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. The building is Monitored 24 Hours per day by video Surveillance and each unit has a minute-point noise monitor to stop loud music and parties. Check-in is from 4:00 pm - 12 am early check-in will result in $50/hr. Check-out is at 10:00 AM, late check-out will result in $30/hr.
